Returns
Family Ugly Christmas policy on returns only applies to wrong and/or damaged products during shipping. You have 3 business days upon product receipt to notify us of any damage or wrong orders. Before we approve the return, be ready to provide photographs clearly showing the problem with the item. If the damage was incurred during shipping, we will also need photographs of the damaged packaging. Otherwise any return request will be deemed void. Please note that you will pay for the cost of shipping.
If the item is damaged, you can either choose for a refund, replacement or store credit that you can use to purchase the same or other items in our store which are of the same price or less.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we received your damaged/wrong items, it will be inspected by the FUC quality control team to determine the approval or rejection of the request for refund. Once request is approved we will issue partial refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in 15 days after your refund was approved, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Ask them to check for any pending transactions.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at familyuglychristmas@gmail.com and we will help check status of refund with our credit card merchant and whether or not the delay is on their end or your end
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items which are inspected and proven to incur damaged while in transit or wrong.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by the delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Please keep up to date with your local carriers.
